Interconnect Program Management
GPNW manages projects with minimal delay and risk, by deploying
only skilled Program Managers with many years of relevant experience
working with operators and software vendors.
Our expert resources primarily manage interconnect projects to:
- deliver an inter-carrier business organization and systems
platform for launch of a new operator
- migrate legacy billing and settlements systems to new, more
flexible software products
- restructure legacy operational environments to accountable,
efficient and responsive business organizations
- restructure business and systems environments to adapt to newly
deregulated markets.
For most projects, GPNW starts with a standard, proven project plan
designed to capture all aspects of an interconnect service launch,
from system procurement through to business modeling, staff training,
systems implementation, testing and final commissioning. We then
work with the operator and systems vendor to ensure that this plan
is refined to reflect the project's unique requirements, time-lines
and expectations.
All GPNW Program Managers have a thorough understanding of the software
development lifecycle, making them effective vendor managers. They
also have first hand experience of interconnect business and commercial
operations.
By bringing all the interconnect deliverables under a single project
manager, the Client reduces the cost of multiple project managers
and reduces the risks of project 'misalignments'.
